We use only the best quality beef from local, Yorkshire farms and cook it over an open charcoal grill, as is the way in South America.

Bread and pebre · on arrival
On arrival you receive complimentary bread and pebre — a spicy, fresh tomato salsa from Chile. The wine list is mainly Argentinean and Chilean; we have visited some of the vineyards personally.

Chilean cuts,
Yorkshire cows
One of the only elements of La Vaca which is native are the cows. All our beef comes from local, Yorkshire farms. Beef breeds in Chile and Argentina are mainly Hereford and Angus — so why import when we have the originals fresh on our doorstep?
The atmosphere stays true to its roots. Mostly Latin American music, and many of our waiting and kitchen staff are Hispanic. As they say, it feels like a bit of home away from home.
